Shipping Policy
1. Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After processing, you will receive a payment confirmation email with tracking details.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. If the order volume is large or there are stock issues, the processing time may be longer and we will inform the customer.
2. Place of shipment
Currently, ANDREYMA only ships within the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping.
3. Estimated time of delivery
Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier continuity, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Costs
Orders between $0.01 and $29.99: Shipping costs $3.99.
Orders over $30: Enjoy free delivery.
5. Track information
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your delivery on the carrier's website or on our order tracking page.
6. Responsibility for transportation
Once the parcel carrier is delivered, ANDREYMA will no longer be responsible for late delays, address errors or events of force majeure (e.g. statistical charts, natural disasters).
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct. ANDREYMA is not responsible for the loss of packages due to incorrect address information.
7. Package is lost or damaged
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your tracking details. We will help you resolve your issues with the transportation company.
If the package is returned due to a failed delivery, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs for redelivery.
8. Special circumstances
Product hours may be extended during holidays, peak sales periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas) or force majeure. Please plan your purchase accordingly.
